1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing WPNAS, signing up for an account, subscribing to a membership plan, or installing the WPNAS Hub Connector plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site and our services.

2. GPL Licensing & Freedom

All digital products, including WordPress plugins, WooCommerce extensions, and themes distributed on WPNAS, are 100% licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). You are granted all the freedoms provided by the GPL, including the right to modify, study, and redistribute the source packages.

3. Nature of Membership & Fees

The membership fees paid to WPNAS are for access to our unified download library, automated update distribution service (WPNAS Hub Connector), bandwidth, and ongoing archive maintenance. The fees are not licensing fees for individual software packages, nor do they purchase ownership of any distributed code.

4. No Keys, No Official Support

WPNAS provides unmodified, original GPL packages. We do not provide, sell, or distribute commercial license keys, API activation codes, or premium online template libraries provided by proprietary third-party developers. If you require automatic proprietary API updates, setup assistance, or official technical support from the original developers, you must purchase a commercial license directly from them.

5. Guarantee & Disclaimer ("As-Is")

ALL FILES AND PLUGINS DISTRIBUTED ON WPNAS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

WPNAS does not guarantee that the plugins will function flawlessly, be compatible with all WordPress versions, or fit your specific purposes. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, or incidental damages or losses (such as site downtime, loss of data, or security exploits) arising out of the use or inability to use the files.

6. Subscription, Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

Your subscription is personal and granted under a Fair Use policy. You are permitted to download plugins and themes for your own professional and personal website builds. However, the use of automated script downloaders, scrapers, crawlers, or bots designed to mass-download the library is strictly prohibited. WPNAS reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our fair use policy without refund.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, once a plugin is downloaded, all membership sales are final. WPNAS does not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Exceptions are made only in the case of severe, verified technical platform failures preventing download, where our customer support is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.

8. Changes to Terms

WPNAS reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use WPNAS after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
