Privacy Policy
Your privacy is extremely important to us. Learn how we safeguard your data.

1. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum amount of personal and site-related data necessary to run our platform and distribute GPL plugin updates securely:
- Account Info: Your name, email address, and hashed credentials upon signing up.
- Billing Info: Transaction details and basic billing history (note: credit card details are securely handled directly by our PCI-compliant payment gateways, Stripe/PayPal, and never stored on WPNAS servers).
- Site Connector Data: When utilizing the WPNAS Hub Connector plugin, we securely log the active WordPress site URL and an authorization token to verify your active subscription and route download files. We do not access or collect any website database tables, customer personal data, admin passwords, or transactional logs from your connected WordPress sites.
2. How We Use Collected Data
The data we collect is utilized strictly for operational stability, security, and updates delivery:
- To manage your active membership and authenticate update requests from your sites.
- To prevent platform abuse, massive script attacks, or scraping of our secure download nodes.
- To send vital operational notices, such as subscription billing reminders or critical platform announcements. We hate spam and will never rent, sell, or trade your email to third-party advertisers.
3. Cookies and Session Storage
WPNAS utilizes standard, secure Cookies to keep your session authenticated on our portal. These session cookies are temporary and expire automatically. You can choose to disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may prevent you from logging in and executing plugin downloads.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We integrate only with verified, highly-secure third-party services to fulfill critical operations:
- Stripe / PayPal: Used securely for credit card and checkout operations.
- NextAuth / Providers: For secure authentication and credential handling.
5. Data Security
WPNAS employs industry-standard security measures. All data transmitted between your local browser, your connected WordPress sites, and WPNAS servers is fully encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS) technology.
6. Your Rights
You reserve the right to access, edit, or request the permanent deletion of all your collected personal records from WPNAS at any time. Simply reach out to our platform support, and we will purge your account records from our secure databases within 3 business days.
7. Changes to this Policy
WPNAS reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at our discretion. Significant updates will be highlighted via site notices or emailed to subscribers. Your continued use of WPNAS following updates represents your understanding and acceptance of our privacy measures.
